Unbelievable to me. 40! Just doesn't seem possible. For the most part, I feel the same as I did at 20 and 30. I credit exercise for that. The mirror definitely lets me know that I am getting older though. Gray hair and face wrinkles. Yikes!
Although I had no desire to turn 40, it turned out to be a GREAT birthday.
My birthday was on a Saturday and we had to attend the wedding of our friend and neighbor, Chris. Because of this, we celebrated on Friday evening. Steve surprised me with a Kindle Fire. We went out for Mexican food and had ice cream cake from Cold Stone at home.
The wedding was also a lot of fun. The whole family got on the dance floor together. Good times and good memories.
